PRIOR TO MEETING: Review "Table Topics" and prepare your program.

AT THE MEETING:
A. BEFORE THE MEETING STARTS:
1. Verify program changes with Toastmaster _____________________________.
2. List members in the order you will call, keeping in mind that it is a good idea to have strong speakers for opening and closing table topics.
3. Add names of guest Toastmasters to your check list and give them an opportunity to participate, if there is enough time, keeping in mind that the program must be completed by 7:20 and Sharpstown Toastmasters have priority.
B. AFTER THE MEETING STARTS:
1. Place check mark by names of members (below) who are present.
2. Record participants main ideas.
C. IF BUSINESS SESSION RUNS OVER OR UNDER:
1. You are to adjust your program to finish at 7:20.
2. Determine the number of speakers you have and using the table below, instruct the timer accordingly.

WHEN YOU ARE INTRODUCED:
Acknowledge the President’s introduction and recognize your audience. Introduce the topic. Before calling on members, invite all functionaries to explain their duties.
