6:30-6:40 Meeting called to order: invocation and pledge, introduction
of guests, announcements and apologies.

6:40-6:50 Business session: reading of the minutes, unfinished and
new business, committee reports, new members.
10 min.
6:50-7:20 Introduction of Toastmaster. Table Topics. As a rule,
participants in table topics are allowed 2 to 3 minutes
per topic. However, the Topic Master may adjust
this time as necessary in order to remain on schedule.

30 min.
7:20-7:30 Intermission. May also be adjusted as necessary. 10 min.
7:30-8:10 Prepared speeches. As a rule, speakers are allowed 5-7
minutes each. Exceptions must be approved by the Toastmaster. Allow a maximum
of 1 minute between speakers for evaluation forms and introduction
of the next speaker by the Toastmaster.

8:10-8:30 Introduction of General Evaluator: comments by General Evaluator PLUS:
Evaluators. One for each speaker: 3 minutes each
Grammarian’s report: 2 minutes
"AH" Counter’s report: 1 minute
Timer’s report: 1 minuteThe timer’s report should include:
1. The time allowed and the time taken for each segment of the meeting.
2. The time asked and the time taken by each of the speakers.
3. The time at the present and the number of minutes ahead or behind schedule.
20 min.
8:30-8:45 Presentation of awards, comments of guests, and close of meeting. 15 min.
General instructions regarding timing: Prior to the start of the meeting, obtain the times of the speeches from the Toastmaster; verify the lighting sequence with the speakers; advise the Toastmaster if the total time of the speeches exceeds its limit so that he may adjust his schedule.

It is the responsibility of the Timer to "ring down" table topics participants, evaluators, grammarian and "AH" counter when they have used their allotted time. Speakers should also be "rung down" when they have exceeded their requested time by 1 minute. Ice Breaker speakers should be "rung down" should they exceed 9 minutes.
